- £10 connection fee, this includes free 'Divert on Busy/No Reply' service worth £19.95.
- £4.95 a month line rental.
- 15p a minute for incoming calls to O2, T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone and Virgin.
- 20p a minute for incoming calls from 3G network.
- Call charges and line rental billed monthly.
Divert on Busy/No Reply - This service is configured with a primary and secondary number. Should the first number be engaged or the call go unanswered for 15sec (5rings) then the call is automatically diverted to the second destination. This improves call handling performance when the primary answering point is busy.
Time of Day Service - Time plans can be used to route calls to different locations based on the time of day or day of the week. For example calls during the business day can be routed to one location whilst calls out of hours can be routed to another. Up to 15 time periods can be defined, each can have a separate destination number.
Call Attendant - Configurable single level IVR service. Many applications including Auto-attendant, Information lines, Telemarketing campaigns requiring call filtering. All menu options, service prompts, out-of-hours features etc. are customer configurable using Web interface resulting in rapid service set-up and low provisioning cost.
